There is no need to defer hospice care due to financial concerns. The Medicare Hospice Benefit covers 100 percent of the cost of care related to the terminal illness. In most states, Medicaid also provides hospice coverage, as do most private insurance plans. Coverage includes everything involved in hospice care, from nurse and physician visits to therapy, medication and more.
You will find that the difference in the quality of care is what the Solace Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. team embodies. Please tell us how we can help you or your family member. Call 847-250-5036 today to speak to our kind staff.
Hospice & Palliative Care can also be covered under VA benefits for qualified veterans. It is generally arranged and coordinated with a VA social worker at the facility in which you receive your health care.
